is a photographer based in Atlanta. Raised on rhythm and rooted in observation,Tohkyo was drawn to documenting people in motion especically in spaces where music and emotion collide. His work captures the candid, lifted hands, and raw energy of the dance floor and the inner city spaces, preserving the feeling of a moment before it disappears.
